The Elite Implant Institute is a culmination of knowledge accumulated by Dr. Winter during his time working with his colleagues and new techniques that he has developed since taking over Dr. Misch’s practice in 2014 and the tremendous amount of technological advancements that have occurred in recent years. Our partners have been true pioneers in the field of implantology and the scientific foundation and clinical protocols developed by them are the bedrock for learning for doctors entering the Elite Implant Institute. It is Dr. Winter's goal and utmost importance to Dr. Winter that these doctrines and protocols developed by our partners are passed on to the graduates of Elite Implant Institute, to allow them to properly treat their patients surgically and prosthetically to an extremely high success rate.

The focus of the four sessions given by the Institute are to train a general dentist in the fundamentals of Implant surgery and prosthetic restoration for single teeth, multiple teeth and full edentulous cases as well as all current bone grafting techniques. It is Dr. Winter's belief that the best implantologists are the ones that base their treatment planning on what the patient wishes to have for their final teeth so prosthetic training is a large component of the Elite Implant Institute curriculum. The different sessions will have components which include hands on experiences, including creating digital surgical guides, evaluating CT Scans, soft tissue management, suturing, tissue stretching and grafting procedures and implant placement.
